Mohammad Haidar gets injured

In the game against Tadamon Sour, Mohammad Haidar asked to be subbed out just after the start of the first half after feeling some pain.

In an official statement, Ahed FC announced that Haidar will get examined tomorrow. The club refused to define an absence period for the number 10 player but specified that his injury might range between a pulled muscle (generally 8-10 weeks of absence) or a muscle tear (generally 3-6 weeks of absence).

Haidar recently was called up to the preparatory training for the national team that starts Monday 19 October. If the tests confirm Ahed’s prediction, it’s most likely that Haidar will miss the National team’s camp in UAE that starts on 6 November.

Ahed will face Ansar next week. An important game to decided who will be the league winner at the end of the season.
