Will Lebanon play on Saturday?

Earlier today, the Kuwaiti and Lebanese Football Federations have confirmed the annulation of the friendly game between the two national teams that was scheduled on the 9th of January. The reason behind such decision was the strict rules from the Kuwaiti goverment to limit the propagation of the COVID-19 virus.

Sources from Kuwait has indicated to Fa Lebanon that the friendly match between Kuwait and Lebanon is now likely to take place. The Kuwaiti goverment has granted a special pardon for the Lebanese expedition to land in Kuwait. The Lebanese national team was expected to leave Beirut tomorrow after the results of the PCR were out. No player was tested yet in order to leave.
