Majed Osman, 26-year-old, has been called up to the Lebanese National Team for the two friendly games against Jordan on March 24 and Kuwait on March 29. He was first called up for the Dubai’s camp in November but he wasn’t able to come after testing positive to the COVID-19.
The two friendly games will be an opportunity for the attacking midfielder to have his first appearance with the Cedars but also to fight for a place for the last games of the second round of the joint qualifiers 2022 FIFA World Cup and 2023 AFC Asian Cup in June.
Osman spent last season at Ramtha in the Jordanian Premier League. He only missed one game and was a key player in their successful journey ending at an unexpected third place.
