Another day of qualifying has ended

The results of tonight’s games cannot guarantee that a draw vs Turkmenistan means that Lebanon will advance to the third round of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

The Cedars will guarantee their qualification to the 2023 AFC Asian Cup and the third round of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, with 13 points. Lebanon might qualify with 11 points but we need other results to go our way in that scenario.

The road is simple, it’s in our hands on June 9.
