Everything was going slow yesterday until that tweet from “Al Kass Channel” claiming that Bassem Marmar is set to take the coaching job at the Kuwaiti club Al Araby.
Al Araby is the club that have Ahmad el Saleh and Issah Yakubu on loan from Ahed. “El Maestro Sports” claims that both players were asked about Marmar before the club contacted the Lebanese Coach.
It’s not debatable that what Bassem Marmar did with Ahed FC is eye catching to say the least. If the rumors are true, Marmar is set to prove himself in a pro league.
Marmar’s move to Kuwait will leave the yellow hot seat empty and all the coaches will look into the opportunity to manage the favourites to win the league. Rumors have put Jamal el Hajj or Daniel Giminez as top candidates to take the job but have very little to support these claims.
One thing’s for certain, nothing goes public at Al Ahed until its deal done.
