Mohammad Ghaddar returns home

In an official statement, Nejmeh SC has announced the return of Mohammad Ghaddar.

Ghaddar, 36, is a striker. He graduated from the youth team of Nejmeh SC in 2000 and stayed at the club until 2009, scoring 52 goals with his boyhood club. He then moved abroad and played all over the world with the clubs like Al Ahly (Egypt), Al Faissaly (Jordan), Tishreen (Syria), Kelantan FA and Johor Darul Ta’zim (Malaysia).

Ghaddar won many trophies throughout his career. He won 4 Lebanese Premier leagues (1999-00, 2001-02, 2003-04, 2004-05) and 5 FA Cups (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005). He also won the Egyptian Premier League with Al Ahly (2010-11), the Malaysia Super League twice (2012 with Kelantan and 2017 with Johor), the Malaysia Cup twice (2012 with Kelantan and 2017 with Johor), the Malaysian FA Cup (2012, 2013 with Kelantan) and the Malaysian Challenge Cup (2019 with Johor II).

Ghaddar is also the 2007 AFC Cup Top Scorer and the top scorer of the Lebanese Premier League twice (2006-07 and 2007-08).
