Earlier this year, the U-22 national team was going to Iraq to play their U-22 national team in 2 friendlies but were cancelled because of the pandemic.
Today, FIFA has received a request from the Bahraini FA for two friendlies against the Lebanese U-22 at Bahrain on the 24 and 27 of March.
This will most likely mean that the U-22 will undergo a short training camp there, preparing for their 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup Qualifiers.
