Lebanon extended its unbeaten run to thirteen games as they beat Hong Kong 1-0 on Thursday at Hong Kong Stadium.
The Cedars opened the scoring in the 42nd minute when Lebanon’s captain Hassan Maatouk converted from the penalty spot.
