Khaled Mohssen, 22-year-old, was called-up to represent Lebanon.
The central midfielder played with U15, U17 and U19 Hamburger SV. He made 59 Youth Bundesliga appearances. He scored 6 goals and provided 4 assists. He has a strong personality. He was the captain of Hamburg Reserve team!
This summer, his contract wasn’t extended. He, therefore, joined Phönix Lübeck, a 4th division club.
Mohamad Ali Dhaini, 26-year-old, was called-up to represent Lebanon.
The defensive midfielder is playing with Trelleborg, Superettan in the Swedish Second Division. Will he be able to replace players like Haitham Faour or Adnan Haidar in this position?
Nadim Afiouni, Lebanese Football Review, wrote about Dhaini last February the following: “A player to keep an eye out for. A solid defensive midfielder, his step up to 2nd tier is good for his NT prospects (after all Melki bros were in 2nd tier when they started with NT). Especially in this moment where we lack midfielders, could do with giving him an opportunity.”
