Ansar suffer injury blow

Ansar started their AFC Cup campaign on a high note with a 2-0 win against Balata Center. During this match, Hassan Chaito Moni was subbed off due to injury. In an official statement, Ansar have indicated that Lebanese International player had knee pain and that he needs a rehab period of not less than 3 weeks.

This is also a bad news for the Cedars. It means that Moni won’t be available to play the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in the first week of June.
